How much is postage and packaging?

Which methods can I pay for my order?

We accept two payment methods: Credit/debit cards or PayPal. All payments are secure and processed off-site through either SquareUp or PayPal. Please note, we only accept AMEX, Visa and Mastercard cards.

Where can I buy your cards local to me?

Bug Art are not able to supply details of shops that stock our cards. We contract a third-party company to supply to shops. We, ourselves do not hold stockist’s information.
All of our designs are available on our website with a minimum order of £20 plus postage.

The country I am ordering from is not listed on your postage page or checkout, what should I do?

Sorry, we do not deliver direct to that country for the time being.

I have seen an item that isn’t a greeting card with your artwork on. Where can I buy this?

Bug Art only produces greeting cards. However, we licence our images to several companies who produce various items of giftware. These companies only sell to trade. We suggest you google the items and try to purchase online.

Do you produce prints larger than the cards?

No, we only produce greeting cards which are 167mm x 118mm. Many people frame our cards.

I have been given a card which I really like and would like to buy it. I cannot find it on your website?

If the card or range of cards is not on our website, it has been discontinued.

I only want to buy one or two cards and I am willing to pay the postage.

Sorry, but we have a minimum order of £20. There are no exceptions.

How much is £20 (or any amount) in my currency?

Due to conversion rates constantly changing, please use Google to work out prices in your currency. If you place an order you may be subject to a small bank charge for any currency conversion. Please check with your bank for full rates.

Why is there a maximum order limit?

This is set to limit our liability if a parcel goes missing. The Royal Mail and International couriers will not compensate us for the full cost of any lost parcel.

There is a mistake with my order, who do I contact?

Why did I not receive an email confirmation when I placed my order?

Please check your Junk Folder. If it is not there, please contact us info@bugart.co.uk

Can I track my parcel?

We use a tracking service on all International orders. We do not by default give out the tracking number on these, but if you would like to request it, please contact us info@bugart.co.uk

I haven’t received my order, what should I do?

If you haven’t received your order within the estimated delivery time (plus 3 days):

Can I commission a design from one of Bug Art’s artists?

Jane Crowther designs the majority of the cards and does not take private commissions of any type. If you wish to contact one of the other artists, please google them and contact them directly.
